This technical guidance aims to support Child Protection agencies providing case management services in the humanitarian response in Cox’s Bazar to be prepared and to adapt their interventions in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. This discusses five priority areas that Case Management agencies need to focus on:
1) Awareness;
2) Referral Pathways;
3) Case Management;
4) Family Separation and Alternative Care; and
5) Capacity building of Caseworkers and volunteers
