Global Evidence Review 8.39 MB 8.39 MB

This report presents a review of what existing evidence tells us about Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Sexual Harassment (SEAH) in the aid sector, and aims to provide a clear and more nuanced understanding of the evidence gaps.  Document searches identified over 160 documents which were reviewed and analysed for the report.  The report examines evidence related to scale and prevalence of SEAH in the aid sector, factors which increase risk, and evidence of effective approaches that organisations have implemented to prevent and respond to SEAH in the aid sector.  A number of evidence gaps are identified to support further research in this area.
