This SEAH risk management framework has been developed by the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) for their partners. It should be read on conjunction with DFAT’s Preventing Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment (PSEAH) Policy, and has been produced to help DFAT staff and partners to: Identify the risk of SEAH in the delivery of DFAT projects/services, Determine the level of SEAH risk, Determine which DFAT PSEAH Policy Minimum Standards apply to the organisation, based on the risk of SEAH within the project/service.

The document provides clear examples of what low, medium and high risk activities and context might looks like, which can be applied to non-DFAT funded organisations too, to better understand the risk of SEAH within their operations and projects.
