This UNICEF e-learning course provides a set of four lessons intended to raise awareness about sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) and how to prevent it. The lessons cover the UN Standards of Conduct of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (Lesson 1), Obligations of UN Personnel (Lesson 2), Consequences of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (Lesson 3) and Responsibilities of Heads of Offices/Heads of Departments in preventing/addressing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (Lesson 4).

The course is mandatory for all UNICEF personnel and is part of the induction package for new staff, volunteers and consultants. The course is open and free to access for UNICEF partners and to the general public. It is provided in English and takes about 90 minutes to complete.
