Nigeria PSEA Network

This resources is an audio training package aimed at newly recruited front-line staff or contractors. It takes the form of a conversation between a male and female speaker in which they explain the PSEA principles and illustrate them with practical, localised examples. This is followed by further explanation of the consequences of SEA, and the importance of reporting SEA and supporting survivors.  Emphasis is given to defining terms using plain language, and reassurance to encourage listeners to report SEA.  The voices and terminology used are local to the northeast of Nigeria.

The resource includes four episodes:
Episode 1: Gender Based Violence (GBV) and Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA)
Episode 2: Overview of core principles 4-6
Episode 3: Consequences of SEA
Episode 4: Reporting SEA and resources for survivors

Each episode includes written scripts and audio files in English, Fulfulde, Hausa, Kanuri, Kibaku, Mandara, Marghi, Waha, Bura-Pabir, Shuwa Arabic.
