The Resource and Support Hub is committed to maintaining the highest degree of ethical conduct and expects all its team members to act in a manner consistent with its core values and safeguarding principles while carrying out their organisational responsibilities. All employees, consultants and associates are subject to a Safeguarding Framework and its attendant Code of Conduct.

The Resource and Support Hub takes accountability very seriously. If you have concerns about the conduct of any staff member, consultant or associate you can make a report using the form below. This will be sent to Nastasya Gecim the Deputy Team Leader and Safeguarding Point of Contact for the programme (reports@rshub.org.uk)

Alternatively, you can report using FCDO's Reporting Concerns inbox at reportingconcerns@fcdo.gov.uk  or confidential reporting hot line +44 (0)1355 843 747.

In making the report, it would be helpful to include as much information as possible. This includes the nature of the complaint, date and time of the incident, who was involved, if there is any concern for the safety of someone, in particular, a minor, and whether another entity has received this complaint too. Your name and email address is optional on the form to allow for anonymous reporting. Please note that including contact details makes it much more possible to follow up any reports.
