Hadeezah works as a gender and safeguarding consultant. Hadeezah has a wealth of experience in supporting INGOs and NGOs in developing safeguarding measures. She has supported organisations to develop organisational standards which are accompanied by safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures. Hadeezah has supported leadership on creating a safeguarding culture and also worked with leadership within communities to bring them on board as safeguarding champions. She has designed and delivered guidance to programme teams on developing safe programmes which includes technical assistance to evidence and research teams on both the use of tools and developing applications which incorporate safeguards and ethical standards. Hadeezah is a skilled facilitator including developing training materials She has experience in providing oversight for investigations.
