Kabati is a seasoned professional in gender transformative programming with a broad and demonstrated skills set in development communication and over 15 years’ experience in community development, adult/child safeguarding, public health services and advocacy as well as program management at all levels. She has skills in managing developmental projects and mentoring/coaching a team towards achieving projects results; and experienced in working with state actors in policy design and implementation.
Kabati also has skills in capacity assessment, organizational system strengthening within both non-governmental and governmental sectors.
