Pauline McKeown has over 35 years of senior leadership and change management experience in international emergency and development contexts in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe, with strong experience of gender programming.

Pauline is an accredited partnership broker™ with facilitation, brokering, negotiation and coaching experience in complex, multi-stakeholder programmes.

Pauline is a safeguarding specialist with extensive cross-cultural experience of investigation, designing, facilitating training workshops and materials on safeguarding, diversity and inclusion policies and procedures in international development organisations and donors.

Pauline is based in South East Asia.
