Peter and Annabel are both established child rights practitioners with experience working together to support child rights and safeguarding capacity and organisational development in Africa, Europe, and Asia. Peter has over 30 years of international development experience, including 20 years as an independent consultant/trainer in child rights and child rights programming, Annabel brings over 16 years of international child rights experience in development and humanitarian contexts, including global and national research, capacity analyses, and child rights situation analyses. She has worked as an independent consultant since 2015.

Peter and Annabel have worked collaboratively for over 10 years on several organisational capacity development programmes equipping organisations to apply child rights-based principles to their organisational processes and programming outcomes, including child safeguarding. Their complementary skills and experience contribute to their ability to analyse and respond to individual capacity development requirements.

They are proficient at supporting capacity development via web-based learning and programming, which is a significant asset during this current time when national and international travel and meetings are restricted.
