Expression of interest to conduct safeguarding investigation capacity development for civil society organizations in Ethiopia for CSSP2.

This document outlines the terms of reference (TORs) for a third party (NGO or private company) to develop the capacity of Ethiopian CSOs in relation to conducting investigations in response to allegations of sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH) and violence against children.

The selected provider(s) is expected to complete the following tasks in close cooperation and consultation with the CSSP2 safeguarding team:

Task 1: Develop the capacity of CSOs in relation to conducting safeguarding investigations

Task 2: Provide mentoring and quality assurance on safeguarding investigations for CSOs and CSSP2
