CIP is seeking a consultancy firm that can convert and develop safeguarding training content into a series of self-guided e-learning modules. The safeguarding modules were used to train program staff to ensure compliance to The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), formerly the Department for International Development (DfID)’s and CIP’s safeguarding policies, they were trained through a virtual training, designed and rolled out between May and September 2020. To ensure sustainability and to be able to reach all stakeholders (Farmers, DVM’s Extension staff, County and National Government, CSO’s and others) during the program implementation time with limitation of the COVID-19 restrictions, CIP proposes to convert this content into a series of self-guided e-learning modules targeted at different levels in this chain with the goal to reach wider constituencies more cost-effectively.
