Director of Safeguarding

You will have extensive experience working for an international NGO or peer organization in a safeguarding related field, including in preventing, detecting and responding to sexual abuse and exploitation, sexual harrassment and/or child abuse. You will be able to demonstrate experience working at a corporate, strategic level within a complex organization. You will be able to influence a wide range of stakeholders to bring about transformative change. You will demonstrate a clear understanding of and commitment to Oxfam's values, feminist principles and mission and be able to model those in the way you lead and manage yourself and others.
