Gender and Program Quality Coordinator, Timor-Leste

The Gender and Program Quality Coordinator (GPQC) has responsibility for the leadership and management of the Gender and Program Quality (GPQ) Unit, which is a small team of staff providing guidance to support existing projects and on the designing of new projects in line with CITL’s long-term program and key gender and program quality strategies and frameworks. The GPQ Unit supports the ongoing capacity building of CITL staff in program quality, with a particular emphasis on gender and women’s empowerment, accountability, monitoring evaluation and learning (MEL), child protection and prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse.
