The incumbent will be responsible to develop and oversee a federation wide HR policy landscape,   which contributes to the development of a values based conduct in our organization and with a view to foster our commitment to enhance an organization’s safeguarding environment.

This will start with reviewing and updating existing policies and regulations such as the Code of Conduct, identifying gaps and developing necessary new policies to ensure the required impact on our accountability to anchor safeguarding in our organization.

The HROD Advisor will develop necessary tools and guidelines to ensure the management and oversight of an appropriate implementation including the definition of KPIs, development of monitoring guidelines and tools to oversee the implementation and advice/ support adaptation as necessary.

As needed contribute to incident management and respective investigations at the international office, as it applies to HROD and participate in the recommendation of disciplinary measures and sanctions in case of misconduct.
