This document sets the initiatives that were implemented and progress that United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) made in 2018 in relation to fighting sexual misconduct. It describes progress in relation to improving access to reporting for victims/survivors and witnesses, ensuring the safety and protection of those affected, creating a safe space for dialogue among colleagues, strengthening leadership and management and working with partners.
