The webinar unpacked the essential factors to consider when establishing and managing a child-friendly complaint and response mechanism and the key components of an effective reporting pathway. The session also covered key ways of building an inclusive child-friendly response mechanism in a way that is safe and protects children from harm and abuse. It explored social, cultural and operational barriers and challenges related to Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) reporting and provide recommendations and suggestions for improvement.

Specialising in safeguarding system building, policy development and awareness raising programs, he uses that experience for building a safer organisation for children and adults in need. Under his leadership Save the Children Bangladesh has been identified as a Country of Safeguarding Excellence.

Her key expertise lies in developing gender- and safeguarding-related policy, module, tools, and Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials. She also brings professional expertise in working with children and young people of different ages and communities.
